The said 11.215 acres shown on the said ...plat is composed of three parcels, namely, (1) a parcel of 1-17/20 acres (less a strip of 0.22 acres at the south end thereof... in DB 323 P 538: (2) a parcel of 0.71 acres lying immediately north of the said 1-17/20 acre parcel,... and (3) the parcel conveyed in this deed, that is, a parcel of 8.875 acres, being an original parcel of 9.035 acres less a strip of 0.16 acres at the south end thereof As noted above, the remaining portion of the initial 236.5-acre tract is the 8.875 acres. That measurement may not be consistent with the survey of the 236.5-acre tract in DB 125 P 153. Regardless, the survey of the remaining portions of the two tracts of land (143 ac. and 236.5 ac.) is identified below in the commentary for DB 3681 P 66. The plat assigned the development rights Lot 2 39.91 2 The 61.02 acres consists of the (Parcel 45C) residues of the 143-acre tract and the 236.5-acre tract. The plat does not identify the remaining portions of the 143- (Parcel 45) acre tract and the 236.5-acre Residue tract.
