Mr. Reitelbach,
Please find attached revised plat. The plat has been revised to address your comments received on December
22, 2021 in accordance with the following:
1. [14-302(B)1] Provide the date of last revision of the plat on future submittals of this plat.
RGA Response: Revision date has been added.
2. [14-302(B)7] Revise the note on the cover sheet of the plat, as these three parcels do lie within a
water supply watershed. (Lickinghole Creek is a water supply watershed.)
RGA Response: Note has been revised.
3. [14-303(D)] It appears the revised square footage of Lot 31 should be 4,770 square feet. Please
revise the calculations. (Staff recognize that this issue could just be the result of rounding.)
RGA Response: Extra decimal places have been added to square footage in calculations as
well as removed acreages from chart to remove confusion. Problem was driven by
rounding.
4. [14-303(0)] Provide a signature panel on the cover sheet of the plat for the Agent for the Board
of Supervisors to approve the plat once all comments have been addressed.
RGA Response: Signature panel has been added on cover sheet.
