Only items inside dashed lines are changing, correct? For example, It says, "new retaining wall" outside of the dashed lines. The only changes are within the clouded area within the dashed lines. Since this is a letter of revision I have to show changes on the original site plan. Since the retaining wall is labeled as new on the original site plan I cannot change it to existing on this LOR. • There should be 8' in front of the dumpster enclosure doors. It is measuring 7 ft. The concrete pad in front of the dumpster has been revised. A dimension has also been added. • Provide a dumpster pad detail. It should specify a minimum 4" stone base and 6" concrete of 3000psi at 28 days, or stronger, reinforced with a minimum grid of wire reinforcing or #4 bars at 12" on center. Sheet C-301 has been added to the LOR. The dumpster detail has been revised for the new dumpster. • Please add a note that impervious area is not changing with this LOR. LOR Note 5 has been added.
