Comments sent 1/5/22:
1. The approved HTC architectural elevations show the sign band for this building as 3' tall. The height of the
proposed graphic is 45". The graphic height will need to be reduced to 36". Alternatively, if you have as -built
field measurements indicating a taller sign band height, please provide that information.
2. The approved CSP for this shopping center requires non -illuminated graphics for signs on this building. The
graphic will need to be revised to eliminate the illumination.
Revisions received 1/6/22
• Note added: "Logo on north side of building to be non -illuminated.
• Brick sign band meaured: 5' 1" tall
