[14-303.I.] Please provide "a defrute bearing and distance tie between not less than two permanent monuments on the exterior boundary of the property, and further tie to existing street intersection where possible and reasonably convenient." Control point, hydrant top nut, EL = 616.83 is adequate substitute for street intersection tie, but code requires ties to not less than two permanent monuments on the exterior boundary of the property.
