I had to send out the attached comments by today, but page one of the attached . df shows their proposal. One

I would like to quickly draw your attention to the 13 questions on page 3 of the pre-app narrative. I think I can
address many of these questions,but there are some where I will need your input and others that are best
answered by a different division. Just wanted to put it on your radar screen.
I have large paper copies on the plans in my office if anyone would like to see them ahead of Monday
afternoon.
