At the community meeting on 8/31, staff will be prepared to answer questions about the review schedule, review process and existing County policies, but we won't have any formal review comments available until the comment letter is completed on 9/2. So, I've drafted out important dates in the review process ahead of our meeting and I'd like to share them with you. These timelines reflect a scenario,where 1.)following the ARB meeting, no changes are required for review; or 2.) following the ARB meeting, minor changes are required and should be reviewed by staff(not the full ARB) prior to going to the Planning Commission. Here they are: If no changes are needed,then here's the schedule to go to PC on 10/11: 8/31: Community Meeting 9/2: Comment Letter from Planning provided 9/19: ARB meeting and deadline to pay all Planning Commission notification fees(contained in Comment Letter) 9/21: Legal ad is finalized with the Daily Progress 9/26: Legal ad#1 is published in the Daily Progress 9/28: Draft staff report is due for review 10/3: Legal ad#2 is published in the Daily Progress 10/4: Final staff report is distributed to Planning Commissioners 10/11: Planning Commission meeting If changes are needed, then here's the schedule to go to the PC on 10/25: 8/31: Community Meeting 9/2: Comment Letter from Planning provided 9/19: ARB meeting 9/26: Deadline to resubmit changes for staff review 10/3-10/4: Staff confirms changes are ready for Planning Commission and deadline to pay notification fees (contained in Comment Letter) 10/5: Legal ad is finalized with the Daily Progress 10/10: Legal ad#1 is published in the Daily Progress 10/12: Draft staff report is due for review 10/17: Legal ad #2 is published in the Daily Progress 10/18: Final staff report is distributed to Planning Commissioners 10/25: Planning Commission meeting If you have any questions, please let me know. .1.'11.
