Community Meeting concerns were about
16 facilities in 7 states... growing at about 3-6 facilities per year
Builder of assisted living facilities: 55%is leasable space,45% is amenity space... reason for overall footprint... want to
create a "resort style" assisted living
Paying quite a bit of interest on a lot of money since Great Recession.
109 residential units for NMD to be reduced to 17 or 19 units and then 120 beds of"commercial residential"
50 ft. of dedicated right-of-way adjacent to Building D
George: use permeable pavers anywhere we can...
ARB: what about disturbance shown in the dripline?George: this is very conceptual... we haven't done a final grading
plan yet.

Subject: Development-related document review
All-
Starting today,John Blair will be taking over review of all development-related documents, except for bonds and zoning
enforcement-related matters.The documents that John will be reviewing include, but are not limited to:
1. Draft proffers
2. Draft special use permit conditions
3. Draft special exception conditions
4. Private street and other improvement maintenance agreements, including those in declarations of covenants
5. Street sign maintenance agreements
6. Family subdivision declarations
7. Deeds of dedication of drainage easements, development-related greenways, and public rights-of way
8. Shared parking agreements
9. WPO-related nutrient credit agreements and affidavits
10. WPO-related open space covenants
11. Official determinations of development rights
Erika will assist John in this work doing preliminary review of the documents (other than draft proffers and draft
conditions) received by our office to ensure that they meet minimum requirements and are ready for review. I'll be
working with John and Erika to refine our current review checklists and to develop some new checklists for certain
items.

As for bonds,John and I will both be handling them. However,for now,Ana should continue sending them to me.
