ARB: what about disturbance shown in the dripline?George: this is very conceptual... we haven't done a final grading plan yet. Draft proffers 2. Draft special use permit conditions 3. Draft special exception conditions 4. Private street and other improvement maintenance agreements, including those in declarations of covenants 5. Street sign maintenance agreements 6. Family subdivision declarations 7. Deeds of dedication of drainage easements, development-related greenways, and public rights-of way 8. Shared parking agreements 9. WPO-related nutrient credit agreements and affidavits 10. WPO-related open space covenants 11. Official determinations of development rights Erika will assist John in this work doing preliminary review of the documents (other than draft proffers and draft conditions) received by our office to ensure that they meet minimum requirements and are ready for review. I'll be working with John and Erika to refine our current review checklists and to develop some new checklists for certain items. 1 As for bonds,John and I will both be handling them.
