Dear Mr. Holt,
Thank you for your comments, hopefully I have addressed them to
your satisfaction.
1. [14-302.A.10] Right of further division of proposed lots. Revise the notes regarding development rights
as follows: "Tax Map 33 Parcel 34A is assigned 5 development rights and may be further subdivided.
When used, the development rights shall be within their December 1980 boundaries." Second note:
"Tax Map 33 Parcel 35 is assigned 1 development right and may not be further divided without Planning
Commission approval, as stated in Deed Book 1108, Page 693-696."

2. [14-302.B.5] Zoning overlays. Include a note regarding steep slopes: "According to GIS, steep slopes are
present within the subject properties."
Note has been added. *
3. [14-302.B.7] Ag-Forest Districts. Include the following note: "The subject properties are not located
within an Agricultural -Forestal District."
