Re: SUB202100106 North Pointe Section 1C Final Subdivision Plat - 4tn Review Comments
The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified].
1. [14-434, 14-435, 14-311, 14-435. 11 Prior to final subdivision plat approval Road Plan and WPO Plan must be
approved for the section being platted. Additionally, all required improvements must be built or bonded, and all
required Deeds and Declarations must be reviewed and approved prior to final subdivision plat approval. See
Engineering comments for further information. 4" Sub: comment partially addressed. Road Plan SUB2016-92
approved; road bond for Section 1C outstanding.
12. [14-302 (A)(3)] Identify the deed book and page that dedicated the right-of-way for the public streets within this
block. This includes any of the street right-of-ways that are going to be dedicated through the recordation of the
Section 1A final plat (SUB202000206) that is currently under review. 41 Sub: comment noted by applicant, blanks
to be completed upon recordation.
13. [14-302 (A)(4) and 14-302 (A)(5)] Update all easement labels so that they identify existing easements as public or
private, and fill in the blanks for deed book and page number 41 Sub: comment noted by applicant, blanks to be
completed upon recordation.

1. The roads for this section will need to be built and accepted into the state system or bonded before plat approval.
2. A Deed of Dedication will need to be signed and recorded for the public drainage easements. This will be filled out
by the County and forwarded to the applicant when the plat is nearing approval.
3. The North Point plats currently approved/under review will need to be recorded and the DB&P references
updated on this plat.
