Engineering planning review comments are partially complete; the following listed in CV:
1. Sheet 2: Provide easement deed book&page references for the recorded easements.

2. Submit signed& sealed retaining wall design plans.
3. Update/Record easement plat prior to approval.
Note: The WPO amendment has been approved, but not bonded.'
I've discussed important items with Christopher. You and I spoke about a critical item,yesterday(Also item 2.,
comments above). Please send a detailed PE(geotechnical)-seal design drawing for retaining wall that supports Lindley
Place, if available. It would have been better to request this with the Final Site Plan,and was a mistake on my
part. Engineering is hopeful a retaining wall design is available, or soon will be. A PE(geotechnical)-seal wall design is
required for any wall ht.>4-ft. (for building permit). A second very critical item that escaped me during FSP review in
Oct 2018, is proposed grading on an off-site parcel, Lot 28. Unless mistaken,this grading requires an off-site grading
easement, but it may be too late to acquire an easement since a structure is shown to exist on this lot, or may be built, or
partially constructed.

I will visit the site this afternoon and check on building on Lot 28. Note: SDP201800002(FSP)sheet 4 shows proposed
grading on Lot 28.
If impossible to obtain easement to construct grades required to support Lindley Place,design revision with Minor
Amendment is required.
