Ray, Inc., dated May 21, 1984, recorded in Deed Book 824, pages 75 & 76 (the Premises) LZC-2008-20 Gentlemen: The Premises is described in our records as Tax Map 134, Parcel 3, containing 1,324.49 acres, Tax Map 134, Parcel 19 containing 52.34 acres, Tax Map 135, Parcel 1A, containing 2.00 acres and Tax Map 135, Parcel 2A containing 4.00 acres. This is to advise you that the use of the above captioned Premises is governed by the zoning and water protection laws and regulations of Albemarle County, VA. The Premises is in the Rural Areas zoning district. Our zoning ordinance is Chapter 18 in our Code and the water protection ordinance is Chapter 17 in our code. This use can be approved by right under the Zoning Ordinance use category of stormwater management facility shown on a site plan or subdivision plat pursuant to section 10.2.1.14. It will be subject to the applicable provisions of the Flood Hazard Overlay District set forth in section 30.3 of the Zoning Ordinance and the provisions that address storm water management and water quality set forth in Article III of the Water Protection Ordinance.
