• Identify critical slope and floodplain areas on the conceptual plan.
• There are currently non -conforming setbacks present on the lot. Please be
advised that proposed improvements will need to conform to the current
setback regulations for Rural Area districts, contained in Sec 10.4 of the Zoning
Ordinance.
• Show all water/sewer connections and wells/drainfields. If more than two
connections are proposed for any individual system, a central sewerage request
is required. Please confirm and add a narrative to the drawings to this effect if a
central system is proposed or if the existing central system is to be expanded.
