Friday Farmer: We host a mini farmers market with local farmers to showcase and
sell their products. Some of our frequent farmers: Grubby Girl, Bruants Farm, The

Consistent with the Comprehensive Plan -- We are seeking support and Zoning
approval from the County via Special Use Permit of the limited expansion of the
Crossroads Inn, adding approximately 22 keys within 11 new traditional cottages.
The Inn continues to operate, as it has for decades, as an approved hotel &
restaurant use within its rural agricultural setting. We will be investing in the
preservation and renovation of the existing buildings, facility, water and treatment
processes to take them to current state-of-the-art.

Integration ofAgrtbusiness with our Farm Winery, Partnership with PVCC,
Development of a skilled and trained workforce.

We are investing in sustainability, water programs and ongoing projects that result in
a public good or enhance natural resources
Our Rt 29 County Entry beautification project enhances the quality of the image in
support for the community.

As industry leaders in hospitality management, education and development are an

Easton & Porter began as an entrepreneurial company in Albemarle 12 years ago!
We have invested over $20Min real estate / businesses, systems and local teams
creating our farm winery, training, development, operating protocols & cloud -based
systems for innovation and business development.
Our Albemarle partnerships include McIntire School (Business New Markets Case
Studies), PVCC (scholarships, work-studyprograms), UVA (internships, handshake,
job fairs), ACPS (Jefferson School, Young Horticulture Initiatives)
+ GOAL 7 Partner to Expand Efforts to Build the County's Tourism Sector
We have worked directly with CACVB on integration with the hospitality industry
with partnerships and `next level' communications and marketing strategies.
We are supporting the development of increasing Black tourism opportunities and
inclusivity; Regularly attend CVB meetings on tourism and development
opportunities.
We support and partner with several existing and new tourism initiatives in
Albemarle County. With our connections through our long-standing Explore
Charleston SC / CVB partnership we are working on parallel strategies and tactics
for Albemarle.
