Dear Mr. Hyer,
This letter is in response to a Letter of Request for a new trash compactor pad, loading dock, and
dumpster pad configuration behind the proposed Burlington Coat Factory. The Department of
Community Development hereby grants approval of site plan modifications as shown and labeled on the
attached plans prepared by Line and Grade and dated January 20, 2021.
This is the second Letter of Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed
before all changes to the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

Dear Reviewer,
On behalf of the SCT Rio Hill LLC, we hereby request a Letter of Revision to SDP2020-
64.
The subject site is the Rio Hill Shopping Center, located at 1750 Rio Hill Center, TMP
04500-00-00-094A0. The proposed changes to the site include a new trash
compactor pad, loading dock and dumpster pad configuration behind the proposed
Burlington Coat Factory. Vehicular Circulation has been verified to be satisfactory
and the new concrete slab conforms with County requirements. No other changes
are proposed as a part of this work.
These minor changes fall under the category of Letter of Revision according to
Albemarle County's Site Plan Amendment Policy. Please direct any questions to
