Site Plan Amendment - Comment Letter - 2nd Submission Dear Mr. Woolley: The Site Review Committee has attempted to identify all issues that will require resolution prior to Final Site Plan approval. Comments reflect information provided at the time the development proposal was reviewed and should not be considered final. The applicant may request deferment of the project to complete required revisions if necessary. Applicable section of the zoning ordinance is noted in brackets: 1. [32.5.1.C] - Indicate setback for proposed parking area and warehouse expansion areas. 2nd Submission: comment addressed. 2. [32.5.2.A] - Add zoning note that property includes the following overlays: Airport Impact Area, Steep Slope Overlay. 2nd Submission: comment addressed. 3. [4.12.15] - Note 16 on cover page indicates 1 new handicap accessible parking space within proposed parking area. Please identify the location of the HC space. 2nd Submission: comment addressed. Has the deed of easement for the previous expansion been recorded? Please send the DB/PG number, or clerks receipt. Once the recording of the easement has been confirmed, a letter of dedication for the previous phase will be needed. 2. Sheet 5.0 - Elaborate on the note that the water utilities installed with Phase 1 are privately owned. i. Provide 5' minimum separation between FHA and proposed meter. ii. Revise "3/4" water meter" to "5/8". Include a note that fixture counts will be required to determine the proposed meter size is adequate. 3. Sheet 5.3 - Include circles/diameters of crossings on water main profile. 4. Sheet 7.0 -There are some applicable ACSA construction details missing from this sheet (ie. Typical FHA detail).
