24. [14-302 (13)(5)] The zoning information note on Sheet 1 appears to have several errors. Please address the
following:
a. The acreage summary on the cover sheet states that the acreage of Phase 5B is 7.978 acres. With 20 lots
proposed, the proposed density is 2.5 du/acre. The density in the zoning note states that the proposed
density is 4.2 du/acre.
b. The proposed density note appears to include the lots already approved in Phase 5A. Is there a reason for
this? The note should just state the proposed density of Phase 5B.
c. The allowable density of a standard level cluster development is 4.0 du/acre, not 4.2. Please revise.
