Since that time we have proceeded to implement that plan. We have made the stormwater repairs you identified. We have furnished documentation from the contractors and others that the work was done. Where appropriate we have supplied videos of the completed work. You and I met in Abington and identified locations for repairs to the sidewalks. Those repairs have been made. In my letter I said we would make the asphalt repairs identified by F&R in their inspection report dated August 31, 2015. These repairs have been completed. F&R's field inspection report of the repairs is attached. At this time we request full and final release of the outstanding bond on the townhouse portion of the project. At C-3 the in -place stone measurement met or exceeded project requirements with asphalt thickness not meeting requirements at only 1 in (tin required). At the location south of C-12 the in -place materials measured to a depth ranging between 3 and 4-inches for stone with asphalt thickness measuring no less then 2-inches. F&R recommended removal of soils and replacing with stone to meet project thickness requirements of stone and asphalt at both locations as needed. Contractor plans to place additional stone material to top of adjacent asphalt then remove extra material to obtain an asphalt thickness meeting specification prior to paving taking place. The areas were found to be firm and stable at the time of observation. The location at C-8 was found to have 3in of stone and 1 in of asphalt. The locations near C-10 were found to have satisfactory stone depth. The asphalt thickness over the referenced areas near C-10 ranged from 1 in to tin+. F&R recommended removal of soils and replacing with stone to achieve required stone and asphalt thicknesses. Contractor plans to place additional stone material to top of adjacent asphalt then remove extra material to obtain an asphalt thickness meeting requirements prior to paving taking place.
