Show "No Parking" signage on all roads except in areas with designated parking. Begin/end signs should be shown to delineate areas. 2. Please show the mail boxes & cluster box units per RDM Appendix B(1)-56 3. Please show the proposed right of way for the roundabout on the plans per the existing conditions on sheet #4 and plat recorded in DB 5107 pg. 148. R/W is currently shown across the roundabout. 4. The proposed right of way must extent to one foot beyond the back of sidewalk. 5. CG-12 detail is no longer on sheet 15 and reference should be to the Road & Bridge Standards h"s://www.virainiadot.orwbusiness/locdes/Standards CompleteSections.asp 6. Approved road plans meeting SSAR, and in compliance with the VDOT Road Design Manual are required prior to plat approval. 7. Please provide a comment response letter with each submission after the initial. VirginiaDOT.org WE KEEP VIRGINIA MOVING 8. Note that the final plan must show conformance with the VDOT Road Design Manual Appendices B(1) and F, as well as any other applicable standards, regulations or other requirements. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of- way.
