PROJECT NARRATIVE
THIS SITE PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION IS TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
GRAVEL STORAGE AREA TO BE PLACED BEHIND THE EXISTING OFFICE/WAREHOUSE BUILDING,
THE PREVIOUS SITE PLAN AMENDMENT (SDP 200600116) WAS FOR THE ADDITION OF A
70'X130' BUILDING ON THIS PARCEL. THAT BUILDING WAS NEVER CONSTRUCTED. THE GRAVEL
STORAGE AREA WILL BE PLACED IN THE LOCATION THAT THE PREVIOUS BUILDING WAS TO BE
PLACED.
THE GRAVEL STORAGE AREA WILL BE FENCED IN WITH A 10'-HIGH CHAIN LINK FENCE AND
BE ACCESSED BY A GATE. THE APPROXIMATE GATE LOCATION IS SHOWN ON SHEET 3.
A PORTION OF THE EXISTING PARKING LOT WILL BE CONVERTED TO A STORAGE AREA AS
WELL WITH THIS APPLICATION.
