Internally, we are certain that the WAHS — Softball fieldhouse / ADA ramp Minor Amendment to Site Plan may be
approved. Planning was waiting on WPO plan approval. WPO plan is approved. This clears the way, I believe, for building
permit review.
Engineering does not coordinate site plan approval, ever, but Cameron provided clear guidance: WPO plan approval was the
last remaining item needed for Minor Site Plan Amendment approval, so, MIA is approvable. I hope this helps, thanks,

Matt Wentland is in -class for a few days. It is fine to bring contractor information to pre -con, but please send preconstruction

This form lists contractor RLD. No county permit fee, but, depending on area of disturbance, a state permit fee may apply —

I am currently in the process of executing the construction contract (with bonds) and that work should be finalized
within the next 2 — 4 weeks (with the formal notice to proceed to the GC).
I will begin work gather the WPO information to request that meeting — will start work on that next week (and request a
meeting shortly after the construction contract is executed).

Can you and Cameron let us know how many sets of each of the Site Plan and WPO we need to submit and we will get
those in as soon as possible?
In the meantime not that the WPO is approved hopefully the schools and their contractor can keep moving forward with
scheduling the pre -construction meeting as we typically do then they can get the signed hard copy at that meeting and
also bring the signed delegation of authority for the contractor to update the SWPPP.
I am thinking the school project typically does not require bonding or if they do I am just unaware. Can you let us know
so the schools or contractors can request the bond estimate if required?

Looping you into this conversation.
Can you confirm for Cameron that that comment was satisfied? Per the attached plans from July, we widened that
radius. The WPO was revised along with the Minor Amendment and both were updated at the same time.
Pere the attached email Matt Wentland has been reviewing and all site plan -related comments were addressed.
Montie has been finalizing the credit purchase and getting the resignation statement signed.

Hi Montie,
In regard to the site plan, the last remaining comment from Planning was that the WPO needed to be approved, and
then the site plan could be submitted for signatures and approval. According to our County View application tracking
software, it looks like the WPO was approved at the end of June.
Engineering did have one other comment, which was as follows:
4. Recommend increase width of pavement at radius (increase radius of curve) just prior to north -most non-HC parking
space at proposed fieldhouse, as angle of entry into this space is » 90-deg, and a car may need to cross into oncoming
vehicle path to enter this parking space without wheels leaving the paved surface. Increased radius; additional
pavement, and autotum check (not a request for autotum figure) should remedy issue. Do not revise WPO plan to
accommodate almost immeasurable incremental increase in impervious area (C5.1, left panel). (7/2/21) Persists. If not
accepted, recommendation withdrawn, with no objection to Minor Amendment. Note: MIA approval requires
WP0201900054 Approval. Note also that WPO201900054 should be revised consistent with ramp design depicted on
revised MIA, or any changes made to the MIA since last submittal in spring, 2020.
So, once John verifies that that comment is addressed, you can submit hard copies of the site plan for approval. Let me
know if this clears things up regarding the site plan.

In the meantime not that the WPO is approved hopefully the schools and their contractor can keep moving forward with
scheduling the pre -construction meeting as we typically do then they can get the signed hard copy at that meeting and
also bring the signed delegation of authority for the contractor to update the SWPPP.
I am thinking the school project typically does not require bonding or if they do I am just unaware. Can you let us know
so the schools or contractors can request the bond estimate if required?

radius. The WPO was revised along with the Minor Amendment and both were updated at the same time.

In regard to the site plan, the last remaining comment from Planning was that the WPO needed to be approved, and
then the site plan could be submitted for signatures and approval. According to our County View application tracking
software, it looks like the WPO was approved at the end of June.
Engineering did have one other comment, which was as follows:
4. Recommend increase width of pavement at radius (increase radius of curve) just prior to north -most non-HC parking
space at proposed fieldhouse, as angle of entry into this space is » 90-deg, and a car may need to cross into oncoming
vehicle path to enter this parking space without wheels leaving the paved surface. Increased radius; additional
pavement, and autotum check (not a request for autotum figure) should remedy issue. Do not revise WPO plan to
accommodate almost immeasurable incremental increase in impervious area (C5.1, left panel). (7/2/21) Persists. If not
accepted, recommendation withdrawn, with no objection to Minor Amendment. Note: MIA approval requires
WP0201900054 Approval. Note also that WPO201900054 should be revised consistent with ramp design depicted on
revised MIA, or any changes made to the MIA since last submittal in spring, 2020.
So, once John verifies that that comment is addressed, you can submit hard copies of the site plan for approval. Let me
know if this clears things up regarding the site plan.

In the meantime not that the WPO is approved hopefully the schools and their contractor can keep moving forward with
scheduling the pre -construction meeting as we typically do then they can get the signed hard copy at that meeting and
also bring the signed delegation of authority for the contractor to update the SWPPP.
I am thinking the school project typically does not require bonding or if they do I am just unaware. Can you let us know
so the schools or contractors can request the bond estimate if required?

In regard to the site plan, the last remaining comment from Planning was that the WPO needed to be approved, and
then the site plan could be submitted for signatures and approval. According to our County View application tracking
software, it looks like the WPO was approved at the end of June.
Engineering did have one other comment, which was as follows:

In regard to the site plan, the last remaining comment from Planning was that the WPO needed to be approved, and
then the site plan could be submitted for signatures and approval. According to our County View application tracking
software, it looks like the WPO was approved at the end of June.
Engineering did have one other comment, which was as follows:
4. Recommend increase width of pavement at radius (increase radius of curve) just prior to north -most non-HC parking
space at proposed fieldhouse, as angle of entry into this space is » 90-deg, and a car may need to cross into oncoming
vehicle path to enter this parking space without wheels leaving the paved surface. Increased radius; additional
pavement, and autotum check (not a request for autotum figure) should remedy issue. Do not revise WPO plan to
accommodate almost immeasurable incremental increase in impervious area (C5.1, left panel). (7/2/21) Persists. If not
accepted, recommendation withdrawn, with no objection to Minor Amendment. Note: MIA approval requires
WP0201900054 Approval. Note also that WPO201900054 should be revised consistent with ramp design depicted on
revised MIA, or any changes made to the MIA since last submittal in spring, 2020.
So, once John verifies that that comment is addressed, you can submit hard copies of the site plan for approval. Let me
know if this clears things up regarding the site plan.

I am currently in the process of executing the construction contract (with bonds) and that work should be finalized
within the next 2 — 4 weeks (with the formal notice to proceed to the GC).
I will begin work gather the WPO information to request that meeting — will start work on that next week (and request a
meeting shortly after the construction contract is executed).

Can you and Cameron let us know how many sets of each of the Site Plan and WPO we need to submit and we will get
those in as soon as possible?
In the meantime not that the WPO is approved hopefully the schools and their contractor can keep moving forward with
scheduling the pre -construction meeting as we typically do then they can get the signed hard copy at that meeting and
also bring the signed delegation of authority for the contractor to update the SWPPP.
I am thinking the school project typically does not require bonding or if they do I am just unaware. Can you let us know
so the schools or contractors can request the bond estimate if required?

Can you confirm for Cameron that that comment was satisfied? Per the attached plans from July, we widened that
radius. The WPO was revised along with the Minor Amendment and both were updated at the same time.

Montie has been finalizing the credit purchase and getting the resignation statement signed.

In regard to the site plan, the last remaining comment from Planning was that the WPO needed to be approved, and
then the site plan could be submitted for signatures and approval. According to our County View application tracking
software, it looks like the WPO was approved at the end of June.
Engineering did have one other comment, which was as follows:
4. Recommend increase width of pavement at radius (increase radius of curve) just prior to north -most non-HC parking
space at proposed fieldhouse, as angle of entry into this space is)) 90-deg, and a car may need to cross into oncoming
vehicle path to enter this parking space without wheels leaving the paved surface. Increased radius; additional
pavement, and autotum check (not a request for autotum figure) should remedy issue. Do not revise WPO plan to
accommodate almost immeasurable incremental increase in impervious area (C5.1, left panel). (7/2/21) Persists. If not
accepted, recommendation withdrawn, with no objection to Minor Amendment. Note: MIA approval requires
WP0201900054 Approval. Note also that WPO201900054 should be revised consistent with ramp design depicted on
revised MIA, or any changes made to the MIA since last submittal in spring, 2020.
So, once John verifies that that comment is addressed, you can submit hard copies of the site plan for approval. Let me
know if this clears things up regarding the site plan.

Can you and Cameron let us know how many sets of each of the Site Plan and WPO we need to submit and we will get
those in as soon as possible?
In the meantime not that the WPO is approved hopefully the schools and their contractor can keep moving forward with
scheduling the pre -construction meeting as we typically do then they can get the signed hard copy at that meeting and
also bring the signed delegation of authority for the contractor to update the SWPPP.
I am thinking the school project typically does not require bonding or if they do I am just unaware. Can you let us know
so the schools or contractors can request the bond estimate if required?

Can you confirm for Cameron that that comment was satisfied? Per the attached plans from July, we widened that
radius. The WPO was revised along with the Minor Amendment and both were updated at the same time.

Montie has been finalizing the credit purchase and getting the resignation statement signed.

In regard to the site plan, the last remaining comment from Planning was that the WPO needed to be approved, and
then the site plan could be submitted for signatures and approval. According to our County View application tracking
software, it looks like the WPO was approved at the end of June.
Engineering did have one other comment, which was as follows:
4. Recommend increase width of pavement at radius (increase radius of curve) just prior to north -most non-HC parking
space at proposed fieldhouse, as angle of entry into this space is » 90-deg, and a car may need to cross into oncoming
vehicle path to enter this parking space without wheels leaving the paved surface. Increased radius; additional
pavement, and autotum check (not a request for autotum figure) should remedy issue. Do not revise WPO plan to
accommodate almost immeasurable incremental increase in impervious area (C5.1, left panel). (7/2/21) Persists. If not
accepted, recommendation withdrawn, with no objection to Minor Amendment. Note: MIA approval requires
WP0201900054 Approval. Note also that WPO201900054 should be revised consistent with ramp design depicted on
revised MIA, or any changes made to the N41A since last submittal in spring, 2020.
So, once John verifies that that comment is addressed, you can submit hard copies of the site plan for approval. Let me
know if this clears things up regarding the site plan.

Hi Montle,
In regard to the site plan, the last remaining comment from Planning was that the WPO needed to be approved, and
then the site plan could be submitted for signatures and approval. According to our County View application tracking
software, it looks like the WPO was approved at the end of June.
Engineering did have one other comment, which was as follows:
4. Recommend increase width of pavement at radius (increase radius of curve) just prior to north -most non-HC parking
space at proposed fieldhouse, as angle of entry into this space is » 90-deg, and a car may need to cross into oncoming
vehicle path to enter this parking space without wheels leaving the paved surface. Increased radius; additional
pavement, and autotum check (not a request for autotum figure) should remedy issue. Do not revise WPO plan to
accommodate almost immeasurable incremental increase in impervious area (C5.1, left panel). (7/2/21) Persists. If not
accepted, recommendation withdrawn, with no objection to Minor Amendment. Note: MIA approval requires
WP0201900054 Approval. Note also that WPO201900054 should be revised consistent with ramp design depicted on
revised MIA, or any changes made to the MIA since last submittal in spring, 2020.
So, once John verifies that that comment is addressed, you can submit hard copies of the site plan for approval. Let me
know if this clears things up regarding the site plan.

Can you confirm for Cameron that that comment was satisfied? Per the attached plans from July, we widened that
radius. The WPO was revised along with the Minor Amendment and both were updated at the same time.
Pere the attached email Matt Wentland has been reviewing and all site plan -related comments were addressed.
Montie has been finalizing the credit purchase and getting the resignation statement signed.

In regard to the site plan, the last remaining comment from Planning was that the WPO needed to be approved, and
then the site plan could be submitted for signatures and approval. According to our County View application tracking
software, it looks like the WPO was approved at the end of June.
Engineering did have one other comment, which was as follows:
4. Recommend increase width of pavement at radius (increase radius of curve) just prior to north -most non-HC parking
space at proposed fieldhouse, as angle of entry into this space is » 90-deg, and a car may need to cross into oncoming
vehicle path to enter this parking space without wheels leaving the paved surface. Increased radius; additional
pavement, and autotum check (not a request for autotum figure) should remedy issue. Do not revise WPO plan to
accommodate almost immeasurable incremental increase in impervious area (C5.1, left panel). (7/2/21) Persists. If not
accepted, recommendation withdrawn, with no objection to Minor Amendment. Note: MIA approval requires
WPO201900054 Approval. Note also that WPO201900054 should be revised consistent with ramp design depicted on
revised MIA, or any changes made to the MIA since last submittal in spring, 2020.
So, once John verifies that that comment is addressed, you can submit hard copies of the site plan for approval. Let me
know if this clears things up regarding the site plan.
