I looked over the revisions you sent over and I wouldn't mind you re -submitting the Plat for new approval. I will just
make a note in our system with the new approval date once it comes in. Please submit two (2) hard copies of the Plat to
the Community Development Department for final submittal and approval. Once signed by the Agent for the Board of
Sueprvisors one copy will be kept for our records and one copy will be returned to you. If you require additional copies
please make copies of the signed Plat we return to you. Additional copies will not be signed. Please make sure to print
the Plats to scale, have all applicable parties sign them, and have it notarized.
As for the fence — that is not something that would prevent the subdivision approval. An encroaching fence would be a
civil matter, I believe, that the County would not get involved in.

Thank you for following to my inquiry about the proposed rural subdivision. The County TMP 102-37 is not held under
easement with VOF. The issue maybe that your online GIS system shows that parcel as being held in conservation
easement (overlay link you sent) but the tax type is listed as 'Reg. Taxable' not 'Conservation Use'. That TMP parcel has
surrounding VOF conservation easement properties including one that used to be owned by Mr. Cangiano but is now
owned by the Trump Winery, which may be the cause of the confusion.

being related to VOF-1552 which is the Trump Winery property. However the applicants name is CANGIANO,
SALVATORE who owns tmp 102-37 which is not held under easement with VOF. The issue maybe that is your online GIS
