I've reviewed the resubmission. It appears all comments have been addressed, but we do require WPO plan approval
prior to Minor Amendment approval. Once John Anderson approves the WPO the Minor Site Plan will be ready for final

Kevin - I really appreciate the communication and the subsequent review comments you forwarded.
Just letting you know we immediately discussed this all with our engineer, Jon Garber. He submitted the WPO today
electronically. Why it was not in the original amendment is incomprehensible to me, but it is in there now. That is part of
why I insisted on getting this plan redone correctly when I was hired after the original approval - I was part of the group
WAY back in the day enlisted by Dave Hirschman to create the WPO!
Let me know if you see anything else that needs our attention, and I will jump on it immediately.
Thanks again for the great partnership with the county in making sure we meet the ordinance requirements.
