The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced
above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [14-302(B)1] Provide the date of the last revision of the plat on future submittals of this plat.

2. [General Comment] Deeds for the easements are required. These deeds will be prepared by
the Engineering Division and will be required to be recorded along with the easement plat.

The Pantops Shopping Center Plat has been reviewed by Engineering. The following comments will need
to be addressed before approval:
