Gatobu, I am writing in regards to the proposed development for a treetop facility on tax map 56, parcel 35B. I am an abutting property owner and I'm concerned about what this will due to the rural nature of the my property. I have also spoken with professionals in the real estate profession that info me that this could have a serious negative impact on the overall value of my property which just had the annual taxes increased almost 100%. I have spoken with other adjoining land owners and we take issue with the potential ugliness that something like this may cause. There are other more appropriate locations close by, zoned differently, for something of this sort than property zoned R -1. The 40ft right of way that is Shepard Run (Private Road) is located across my property and was never intended for anything other than residential use. The potential of maintenance trucks drive is not appealing. There is a in the clerks office in D. B. 677, addressed should their be a change up and down a narrow 40ft, one lane road maintenance agreement recorded . 621. that may need to be n the zoning of the properties. Please let this serve has my written request to the Planning Commission that this development be reviewed. Should you not be the proper person to inform of my request please advise.
