Patterson Applicant Cellco Partnership dba Verizon Wireless Magisterial District White Hall Proposal To install a Tier 11 Personal Wireless Service Facility consisting of a 91 foot -tall steel monopole, with associated antennas, ground equipment, shelter and fence. ARB Meeting Date October 15, 2007 Staff Contact Margaret Maliszewski A balloon test was conducted for the current proposal on September 12, 2007. PROJECT DETAILS The applicant proposes to establish a telecommunications facility consisting of the following items in a 60' x 60' lease area: A steel monopole, height to be 10' above the top of the tallest tree within 25' of the pole. Pole and all equipment to be painted Sherwin Williams Java Brown 6090. 12' x 30' x 10.58' (W x L x H) equipment shelter mounted on (6) concrete piers; neutral brown aggregate stone exterior. Three antennas, each measuring 72.44" x 6.06" x 4.13" (H x W x D), flush mounted to pole with maximum 12" between face of pole and outer face of antenna. Other pertinent information: An existing private gravel driveway would be used to access the site. The drive is located off of Patterson Mill Lane (Rt. 824). The development is proposed within a 3600 sf lease area. No grading is proposed. No tree removal is proposed (reference Sheet C1A).
