Dear Mr. Hughes:
The Planning Commission at its meeting on April 3, 2007 took action on the development proposal
referenced above. The Commission denied SUB - 2007 -059, Meadows Estates — Private Street Authorization
Request for waivers of Section 14- 232(a) and 14- 234(c) to allow private streets, by a vote of 6:0.
This decision may be appealed to the Board of Supervisors by filing a written request with the Director of
Community Development along with a fee of $240 within ten calendar days of the decision. (Subdivision
Ordinance Section 14 -226).
