The Department of Transportation, Charlottesville Residency Transportation and Land Use Section has
reviewed the Glenbrook at Foothills Phase III — Road Plan, dated December 13, 2021 as submitted by
Collins Engineering and find the plan to be generally acceptable.
UD-4's may be required for some intersections/areas and should be reviewed after subgrade has
been established. Possible example is the intersection of Hastings Court onto Meyers Way.
A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way. The
owner/developer must contact the VDOT Charlottesville Residency Land Use Section at (434) 422-9399
for information pertaining to this process.
