Dave, attached is the only plat I've been able to locate for 43-15B. It's the 1956 plat, showing 4.78 acres for lot 3.
Assuming there are no more recent records stating otherwise, the property would have been assigned 2 development
rights in 1980

Hi Dave, below are my notes for the boundary adjustment plat.
• Note #1 cover page —fix "A plat" typo at beginning of sentence
• Notes #6,7 cover page — edit to read properties "are not" located...
• Sec 14-302.A.10 — Revised parcel 43-23B is assigned 3 development rights and may be further divided. When
used, development rights shall be within their December 1980 boundaries. Revised parcel 43-15B is assigned X
development rights and may/may not be further divided. When used, development rights shall be within their
December 1980 boundaries.
• Sec 14-302.A.9 — add parcel ID for each subject parcel to note #5 regarding building site
• Sheet 2: PID is incorrect on sheet 2 for 8.555 AC original parcel size (lists 43-15B instead of 43-23B)
• Sheet 2: for each subject parcel, include PID, owner name, Deed Book/Page. List original and adjusted area last
or as a separate note below or off to the side. I see that parcel info is included on the cover page, but it is
preferable to list PID, owner, DB/PG on the plat drawing if there is room
Re development rights, I could not locate the original plat drawing for 43-15B, noted as DB/PG 326,101 within other
deed records. Presumably if the lot has not changed since 1956, it would have been assigned 2 development rights when
the current ordinance took effect in 1980.
