The County is putting all incoming mail/drop-offs in quarantine for 36 hours before
sending it to its final destination, which means I couldn't get it signed until yesterday. I
have been working remotely so I didn't make it to the office yesterday or today.
I am going to go into the office tomorrow for a little bit and I will try to get it signed
then. However, there are only a couple staff members authorized to sign plats. Worst
case scenario I can have it ready for pick-up by Friday morning, because I know for a fact
that a staff member will be in the office on Thursday who can sign plats. Our office is
only open to the public on MWF from 8:30-4:30 PM so you won't be able to pick it up on
Thursday.
I'll follow-up with you tomorrow once I see if anyone is at the office who can sign.

my deadline (Next Thursday the 18`h) to have final inspection complete and I'll still need
Page Williams office to get this recorded for Rob's final survey and zoning inspection.

have been working remotely so I didn't make it to the office yesterday or today.

then. However, there are only a couple staff members authorized to sign plats. Worst
case scenario I can have it ready for pick-up by Friday morning, because I know for a fact
that a staff member will be in the office on Thursday who can sign plats. Our office is
only open to the public on MWF from 8:30-4:30 PM so you won't be able to pick it up on

The County is putting all incoming mail/drop-offs in quarantine for 36
hours before sending it to its final destination, which means I couldn't
get it signed until yesterday. I have been working remotely so I didn't
make it to the office yesterday or today.
I am going to go into the office tomorrow for a little bit and I will try to
get it signed then. However, there are only a couple staff members
authorized to sign plats. Worst case scenario I can have it ready for pick-
up by Friday morning, because I know for a fact that a staff member will
be in the office on Thursday who can sign plats. Our office is only open
to the public on MWF from 8:30-4:30 PM so you won't be able to pick it
up on Thursday.
I'll follow-up with you tomorrow once I see if anyone is at the office
who can sign.

then. However, there are only a couple staff members authorized to sign plats. Worst
case scenario I can have it ready for pick-up by Friday morning, because I know for a fact
that a staff member will be in the office on Thursday who can sign plats. Our office is
only open to the public on MWF from 8:30-4:30 PM so you won't be able to pick it up on
Thursday.
I'll follow-up with you tomorrow once I see if anyone is at the office who can sign.

There were 3 copies that I rolled up and stuck them in a large white envelope. It had your name written in black magic
marker on the front along with BELVH.240 — 244 BLA. After buzzing me in, I dropped it in the large, clear plastic
container in the lobby. I said to the man standing behind the Plexiglas that this was for you and he confirmed that that's
where I should leave it.

Plats are not in my mailbox, Room A, and intake staff doesn't know where they are. Have any of you possibly picked this

Boundary Line Adjustment and Easement
The County is putting all incoming mail/drop-offs in quarantine for 36 hours before sending it to its final destination,
