Please find attached a highlighted copy of the revised plat.
The plat has been revised to correct the curve labeling to not duplicate C14 & C15.
A revised date has also been added to the plat.
Thanks for catching that. The combining of Parcel 47A was an add on to this project and I used the wrong
curve table to add the data.
Please review the revised plat and let me know if it is ready for signatures.

There are three comments for this plat and I have written them below. I marked up Sheet 2 of the plat to show the two
areas I am talking about in comment #2 below, PDF is attached.
1. [ 14-303 (C)] Sheet 1 has a curve line table that mentions C14 and C15. However, those curve lines are not
visible on Sheet 1. On Sheet 2, the curve line table also references a C14 and C15, but the figures listed differ
from the figures mentioned for C14 and C15 in the table on Sheet 1. Please confirm whether C14 and C15 are
visible on Sheet 1. If not, please remove them from the table on Sheet 1.
2. [14-303 (C)] There are two separate curve lines marked as C14, and two separate curve lines marked as C15
on Sheet 2. Please renumber curve lines along the property boundaries so each segment has a unique identifier,
and update the table accordingly.
3. 114-302 (111)(1)] Please add a date of last revision.

Agreed — it's been awhile! I'm just over here licking my wounds after the Steelers' loss to the (Mike Hilton -led, first -
place) Cincinnati Bengals.
I hope you've been well, too.
I'm not sure about this BLA, either, but I reached out to others in Parks about it. I don't want to start reviewing it
until I learn if they know anything about this, considering the prior sensitivities related to Ragged Mountain.
I've got this included in my work plan and schedule, though, so I'll either comment on or before 11/4, or follow up
to let you know of any other details.

I know sure if you want or need to review this BLA, but I'm sending it your way so you can take a quick look and let me

This plat is a BLA for several properties that are within and next to the Ragged Mountain Reservoir. All of the properties
are owned by the City, not the County (according to GIS). The plat is just consolidating them into two larger parcels. The
City is the actual applicant on the application.
That is the extent of knowledge I have on this proposal. I'm not sure if the County asked the City to do this consolidation,
or if they just want to do it for their own reasons.
If you think it would be prudent for you to review this, please send me any comments by Thursday, November 41". If you
don't need to review it, just let me know.
