Thank you for your comments dated November 23, 2021 on the above referenced project. Below are our detailed responses to your

A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
3. The registration statement has been updated accordingly. Please note, the limits of disturbance associated with this
project is actually 26.25 acres. The previously submitted plans and VRRM calculations accurately reflected a 26.25 ac. limits
of disturbance, however the previously submitted registration statement was incorrect. This has been corrected and was
conveyed to the County Engineer on November 23, 2021 in an e-mail correspondence from Ms. Pack of Collins
Engineering. The updated registration statement has been provided with this submission, it's part of the full report.
4. Please see the response above to comment ti3. The updated exhibit has been provided with this submission, it's part of
the full report.
5. This has been provided.
B. Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP`
1. No obiection.
C. Stormwater Management Plan(SWMP)
1. This comment is acknowledged and the SWM agreement will be executed prior to plan approval.
2. The applicant will notify the County Engineer once the nutrient credits have been purchased.
7. Sheet 1's legend was revised in the lower -right corner with the prior submittal to include the retaining wall spot shot
symbol. Here it denotes TW as top of wall, BG as bottom grade at wall and BW as bottom of wall. In a November 23rd e-
mail correspondence from Ms. Cox to Mr. Murray it was determined this comment had been addressed.
D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP)
12. The applicant will provide the County Engineer with Vincent Pero s approval.
