The site plan has been signed by Ruth Ellen Outlaw, AIA, a local architect. I have included the Letter of Revision fee and made 4 11 x 17 copies of the plan. This had not been signed earlier by an architect and that's the only change from the approved site plan that accompanied the application. Please let me know if I can do anything further to help with the process. The Storage EMIding will be enclosed on all sides except parts of its north side (where maintenance equipment can park) and no more than 12DO s.f, and approximately 15' x 80'. Screening consisting of rows of evergreen trees (12 trees per structure such as red cedars, white pines, or Leyland cypress) will be planted as shown in relatively high areas on the property (and not on the property line where existing foliage would discourage growth and low topography would minimize their shielding value) to shield the views of the structures from concerned neighbors. Eleven Virginia Pines and one Tulip Poplar of greater than 6 inches would have to be removed for the construction of the Pavilion. These are older and tall trees that provide essentially no screening value to neighbors. No trees will be removed for the storage building. I R rf'` v'fi cN 1,41 A
