The Plats have been signed and approved. Your copy is waiting in the outgoing bin in the lobby of the Community
Development Department. Please be advised that the County Office Building is open to the public on Mondays,

I just reviewed it again and it looks like all comments have been addressed.
Please submit two (2) hard copies of the Plat to the Community Development Department for final submittal and
approval. Once signed by the Agent for the Board of Supervisors one copy will be kept for our records and one copy will
be returned to you. If you require additional copies please make copies of the signed Plat we return to you. Additional
copies will not be signed. Please make sure to print the Plats to scale, have all applicable parties sign them, and have it
notarized. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions!

Back in July we had been working with you on the approval of this plat and from what I can gather we had approval
contingent upon owner signatures. At that time there were some issues between the parties that now seem to have
dissolved.
Please let me know if I am incorrect here or if there are any outstanding comments/issues as all parties are now
agreeable.
