RE: Williamson Asphalt Plant at Red Hill Quarry
Initial Site Plan
SDP202100092
Mr. Holt:
As requested, I have reviewed the Preliminary Plat referenced above, dated 12/7/21, for
compliance with VDH regulatory requirements. The plan does not include water or
sewer service to the proposed facility, however, if does indicate 3-4 employees. Unless
those employees will have access to restrooms elsewhere on that parcel, accommodations
will need to be added to the plan to be in compliance with 12VAC5-610-80.C. of the
Sewage Handling & Disposal Regulations which states that, `All buildings, residences,
and structures designed for human occupancy, employment or habitation and other
places where humans congregate shall be served by an approved sewerage system and/or
treatment works ".
If there are any questions or concerns, please give me a call, 434-972-4306.
Sincerely,
Alan Mazurowski
