Hi Mary Katherine,
I apologize for my delayed response. As I am sure you can imagine, things are very fluid right now with how the County
is responding to Covid-19. This includes figuring out a new way to handle signing of plats. We have developed a new
process which requires all plats submitted for final signatures to be set aside and not touched by anyone for 36
hours. Since this plat came in on Thursday, it should be able to be signed now. I am not working in the office, but some
of my colleagues who are able to sign plats are. This plat will be signed and returned to you by Friday at the latest,
possibly as early as tomorrow afternoon.

Since we hadn't completed our new SOP for plan/plat approvals yet, my guess is that this plat has been placed in my

I apologize for my delayed response. As I am sure you can imagine, things are very fluid right now with how the County
is responding to Covid-19. This includes figuring out a new way to handle signing of plats. We have developed a new
process which requires all plats submitted for final signatures to be set aside and not touched by anyone for 36
hours. Since this plat came in on Thursday, it should be able to be signed now. I am not working in the office, but some
of my colleagues who are able to sign plats are. This plat will be signed and returned to you by Friday at the latest,
possibly as early as tomorrow afternoon.

On another related note, I have a several BLA and subdivision plats coming up for Brookhill. In fact, I submitted 3 last
week. They should all be fairly straightforward since they are just carving out big block parcels. What do you think the
turnaround is running on review? The developer asked me. I told him I wasn't sure but that I would ask. Any insight is
greatly appreciated.
