Good Morning Bryan, I'm still waiting on a few reviewers comments before sending over the final review comments on this project, but I wanted to send you over the comment below so that it can be addressed prior to our 60 day review deadline. Comments to be addressed prior to initial site plan approval: [32.4.2.1 (f)] County records show that the required $448.00 notification fee has not yet been paid. This fee will need to be paid prior to Friday, February 25, 2022 in order for the initial site plan to be approved. a. Payments can be made online here. Please send me a copy of the receipt once it has been paid. There are many other comments that will need to be addressed prior to Final Site Plan approval, but this is the only one at this time that needs be addressed prior to Initial Site Plan approval. Hello Kevin, The sidewalk is outside of the right of way, and on private property VDOT will not maintain the sidewalks. And yes the standard width requirement is 5'. If the applicant's intentions are for VDOT to maintain the sidewalk the width will need to be changed to 5' and meet all ADA requirements. When you & I had spoken about the Monticello Viewshed line being missing awhile back, it was realized that the system had deleted that line for some reason, which is why it wasn't being filled out for SRC application ads. We are getting that fixed again so that it will be included in the template for any new SRC applications that get submitted on properties that fall within the GIS layer boundaries for the Monticello Viewshed.
