BMP Certification Letter (BMPs A•E)
Dear Ms. Cox,
I have reviewed the as -built conditions of the Bioflters, BMPs A-E, at the Old Trail Blocks 5, 20 & 21 (The
Summit at Old Trail) development, WPO2017-00016.
• The biofilter facilities have been constructed per the amended plans dated 05-05-2021 and all appear
to be functioning as designed. We report the following specifically.
o Overall storage area and volume meet or exceed that which was proposed.
o Conveyance pipes entering and leaving the system provide adequate capacity.
o Standpipes and overflow structures provide adequate capacity.
o Adequate number of plantings are provided in each BMP.
o As -built conditions have been verified by hydraulic modeling to meet the requirements of the
Old Trail Master Plan where the 2-yr and 10-yr post development peak runoff rates are below
predevelopment rates.
