Thank you for your comments dated November 18, 2021 on the above referenced project. Below are our responses to the
remaining comments on the road plans.
Planning (Ben Holt):
1. The DB/PG has been added to the greenway easement on sheet 3 and sheet 4.
2. The DB/PG information will be added to the site plan, once the subdivision plat is approved.

4. Comment acknowledged.
5. The density calculations on the cover sheet has been updated for the overall density and net density for the development.
6. The number of units for Phase 2 has been updated, based on the changes with Phase III. The lot numbers for this site plan
are correct and match the subdivision plat.
Engineering (Emily Cox):
1. Road plans will be ready for approval this week. ACSA has sent the plans to administration for final signatures. Once
approved, Engineering can approved the road plans, as all the comments have been addressed.

6. The yard drain collecting drainage only from the roof drains shall be an 8" drain lines as allowed by engineering. The
site plan note for this drain line has been updated.

10. A note has been added to sheet 4 stating that the roof drains from the townhouse units shall tie-in to the yard drain
system and connect to the proposed storm sewer.
11. Tree trees have been located at least Y from storm pipes. A measurement has been provided on the landscaping
sheet.
