The plant substitution came to us just after our submittal but we can certainly resubmit a planset including the
substitution if that's what you need (along with the cover sheet note you have below). If that sounds good we will
resubmit digitally by Monday.

Staff had a chance to review this LOR today and at this time we have no objections, but we would encourage you to
reach out to everyone involved in the project to make sure all proposed changes are being shown. We've received a
separate request asking for a tree substitution, but that change was not reflected on the landscaping plan sheet in this
LOR package. We could proceed with approval of this LOR, but we wanted to make sure all changes were being reflected
to avoid any additional LORs in the future. Please let us know. Thanks!
Also, I do have one small comment. Please include the approved Final Site Plan Number SDP202000080 in the title next
to Letter of Revision #1.

We have resubmitted the signed LOR application and tweaked plans online through the portal (transaction #00025455).
The changes have been highlighted, and Margaret's note has been added. The fee has been paid and the receipt sent to
CDDSubmittal@albemarle.org.
As identified on the cover sheet, the only sheets that have any changes are sheets CS-101 and CP-101. The vacuum pad
move is the only proposed change as discussed.

Ryan, yes, for a LOR it can be very simple and straightforward and that sounds perfect, include the Site Plan and
Landscaping Plan and highlight any proposed changes. I would also suggest including the title page with "Letter of
Revision #1" written on it somewhere near the title. You could also strike through the Sheets that are not included in the
Sheet Index to further clarify what is included in this LOR.

Hey Stephen,
Thanks for sending this over to us. I had a chance to review this with some of our Site Plan and Subdivision Planners and
we think the best step moving forward would be to submit a Letter of Revision application for the proposed change.
Obviously, we can see that this change is extremely minor and we would likely not have any objections, but we need to
enforce tracking these changes through a Letter of Revision so that all site improvements are accounted for.
The LOR fee is $123.61 according to the Application. We would likely be able to turn this around in about 10 days, give
or take. You can submit the application online here.

We have resubmitted the signed LOR application and tweaked plans online through the portal (transaction #00025455).
The changes have been highlighted, and Margaret's note has been added. The fee has been paid and the receipt sent to

As identified on the cover sheet, the only sheets that have any changes are sheets CS-101 and CP-101. The vacuum pad
move is the only proposed change as discussed.

Ryan, yes, for a LOR it can be very simple and straightforward and that sounds perfect, include the Site Plan and
Landscaping Plan and highlight any proposed changes. I would also suggest including the title page with "Letter of

Revision #V written on it somewhere near the title. You could also strike through the Sheets that are not included in the
Sheet Index to further clarify what is included in this LOR.

Hey Stephen,
Thanks for sending this over to us. I had a chance to review this with some of our Site Plan and Subdivision Planners and
we think the best step moving forward would be to submit a Letter of Revision application for the proposed change.
Obviously, we can see that this change is extremely minor and we would likely not have any objections, but we need to
enforce tracking these changes through a Letter of Revision so that all site improvements are accounted for.
The LOR fee is $123.61 according to the Application. We would likely be able to turn this around in about 10 days, give
or take. You can submit the application online here.

Staff had a chance to review this LOR today and at this time we have no objections, but we would encourage you to
reach out to everyone involved in the project to make sure all proposed changes are being shown. We've received a
separate request asking for a tree substitution, but that change was not reflected on the landscaping plan sheet in this
LOR package. We could proceed with approval of this LOR, but we wanted to make sure all changes were being reflected
to avoid any additional LORs in the future. Please let us know. Thanks!

Thanks for sending this over to us. I had a chance to review this with some of our Site Plan and Subdivision Planners and
we think the best step moving forward would be to submit a Letter of Revision application for the proposed change.
Obviously, we can see that this change is extremely minor and we would likely not have any objections, but we need to
enforce tracking these changes through a Letter of Revision so that all site improvements are accounted for.
The LOR fee is $123.61 according to the Application. We would likely be able to turn this around in about 10 days, give
or take. You can submit the application online here.

Staff had a chance to review this LOR today and at this time we have no objections, but we would encourage you to
reach out to everyone involved in the project to make sure all proposed changes are being shown. We've received a
separate request asking for a tree substitution, but that change was not reflected on the landscaping plan sheet in this
LOR package. We could proceed with approval of this LOR, but we wanted to make sure all changes were being reflected
to avoid any additional LORs in the future. Please let us know. Thanks!
Also, I do have one small comment. Please include the approved Final Site Plan Number SDP202000080 in the title next
to Letter of Revision #1.

We have resubmitted the signed LOR application and tweaked plans online through the portal (transaction #00025455).
The changes have been highlighted, and Margaret's note has been added. The fee has been paid and the receipt sent to

As identified on the cover sheet, the only sheets that have any changes are sheets CS-101 and CP-101. The vacuum pad

Ryan, yes, for a LOR it can be very simple and straightforward and that sounds perfect, include the Site Plan and
Landscaping Plan and highlight any proposed changes. I would also suggest including the title page with "Letter of
Revision #1" written on it somewhere near the title. You could also strike through the Sheets that are not included in the
Sheet Index to further clarify what is included in this LOR.

Thanks for sending this over to us. I had a chance to review this with some of our Site Plan and Subdivision Planners and
we think the best step moving forward would be to submit a Letter of Revision application for the proposed change.
Obviously, we can see that this change is extremely minor and we would likely not have any objections, but we need to
enforce tracking these changes through a Letter of Revision so that all site improvements are accounted for.
The LOR fee is $123.61 according to the Application. We would likely be able to turn this around in about 10 days, give
or take. You can submit the application online here.

Hey Stephen,
Thanks for sending this over to us. I had a chance to review this with some of our Site Plan and Subdivision Planners and
we think the best step moving forward would be to submit a Letter of Revision application for the proposed change.
Obviously, we can see that this change is extremely minor and we would likely not have any objections, but we need to
enforce tracking these changes through a Letter of Revision so that all site improvements are accounted for.
The LOR fee is $123.61 according to the Application. We would likely be able to turn this around in about 10 days, give
or take. You can submit the application online here.

Staff had a chance to review this LOR today and at this time we have no objections, but we would encourage you to
reach out to everyone involved in the project to make sure all proposed changes are being shown. We've received a
separate request asking for a tree substitution, but that change was not reflected on the landscaping plan sheet in this
LOR package. We could proceed with approval of this LOR, but we wanted to make sure all changes were being reflected
to avoid any additional LORs in the future. Please let us know. Thanks!

Thanks for sending this over to us. I had a chance to review this with some of our Site Plan and Subdivision Planners and
we think the best step moving forward would be to submit a Letter of Revision application for the proposed change.
Obviously, we can see that this change is extremely minor and we would likely not have any objections, but we need to
enforce tracking these changes through a Letter of Revision so that all site improvements are accounted for.

The LOR fee is $123.61 according to the Application. We would likely be able to turn this around in about 10 days, give

I've sent him an email as well. So, once I have his approval the Plans will be ready to be signed. It sounds like based on
the email chain you just sent me that everything has been addressed, but I need confirmation from him. If you are
confident he will have no objections I would say you could go ahead and submit the sealed plans for approval. Since
Covid the lead Planner has been signing the Site Plan on behalf of all other reviewers, so I just wanted to get his approval
in writing to me before doing so.

This revision addresses all of Planning's comments. The approval of this Plat is therefore pending any additional ACSA
comment. Once ACSA provides no objection please submit two (2) hard copies of the Plat to the Community
Development Department for signatures. Please have all applicable parties sign the easement plat and have it notarized.
Once I receive the signed plats I will then come into the office to have a designated Agent for the Board of Supervisors
sign it. Once the Agent has signed it I will keep one copy for our records and return the other to you.

After reviewing this a bit further with Cameron I have added a couple additional minor comments. The updated
comment letter is attached and the comments are copied below:
1. [14-302 (B)(5)] Per Albemarle County GIS, portions of this property lie within the Steep Slopes Overlay
District. Please revise Note 1 to include "Steep Slopes — Managed" as an applicable Overlay District.
2. [14-302 (A)(15)] Please include the owner's address. According to Albemarle County GIS the owner is "Green Clean
Charlottesville L-C" and the address is 5215 Colley Ave Suite 109 Norfolk, VA 23508."
3. [14-302 (A)] Please provide a callout to the proposed easement clearly identifying and labeling it on the Plat. As it
appears now there is some confusion whether it is a part of the 20' ACSA Waterline & Fire Hydrant Easement or the
20' ACSA Sanitary Sewer Easement.
As mentioned before this Plat is pending these minor revisions and any ACSA comment/follow up.

Richard, can you please review the attached Easement Plat when you can? It should be a pretty quick and straight
forward review. I only have one minor comment myself, to edit a note on the Plat. The Applicant is copied for any follow
up. This Easement Plat is tied to the Final Site Plan SDP202000080 Green Clean at 3290 Worth Xing and must be
approved and recorded prior to Final Site Plan approval.
Carter, apologies for this Plat not coming to me sooner. County View indicates in was "received" on 5/11 which pushed
it to the 5/24 submittal date, since we have been distributing plats/plans every two weeks. It may have came in on 5/7
like you mentioned and it got overlooked on the 5/10 submittal date. Very sorry for that. What is good news though is
that I have reviewed this Plat and I only have the one minor comment. This Plat would then be pending that one minor
revision and any ACSA comment/follow up.

Quick question here. They are asking about an easement application which is referenced in our comment letter. Which
fee do they pay? Yes, it's associated with a SDP, but our comment letter says it should be recorded prior to final site plan
approval, so I wasn't sure if that kicked it up to a fee for an easement with a deed. And their second question I assume is
yes, that is the right application.

12. 132.7.531 Prior to final site plan approval, the applicant must submit an easement application for review that
shows all proposed ACSA water and sewer easements. The plat must be approved by the County and recorded
prior to final site plan approval. The final site plan will need to be updated to state the deed book and page
number of the recorded instruments associated with all new easements. Comment has been addressed pending
ACSA approval/comment. Comment stands_ The :Applicant has indicated that a plat Bill be submitted
and recorded prior to plan approeal.

Quick question here. They are asking about an easement application which is referenced in our comment letter. Which
fee do they pay? Yes, it's associated with a SDP, but our comment letter says it should be recorded prior to final site plan
approval, so I wasn't sure if that kicked it up to a fee for an easement with a deed. And their second question I assume is
yes, that is the right application.
12. 132.7.531 Prior to final site plan approval, the applicant must submit an easement application for review that
shows all proposed ACSA water and sewer easements. The plat must be approved by the County and recorded
prior to final site plan approval. The final site plan will need to be updated to state the deed book and page
number of the recorded instruments associated with all new easements. Comment has been addressed pending
ACSA approval/comment. Comment stands. The :Applicant has indicated that a plat "ill be submitted
and recorded prior to plan approval.

for ACSA water and sewer easements, which I believe is the case here. And yes, the easement plat application you sent

Also, please be aware the final site plan application number is SDP202000080 not SDP202000071, which was the initial
site plan.

Were ACSA easements the only easements they needed to plat? ACSA easement plats don't require us to get any deeds
for those easements. SO if it's just ACSA water and sewer easements, then they can pay the easement plat tied to a site
plan fee.

If there are other easements, specifically PUBLIC easements (for stormwater, drainage, etc). then those require deeds,
so the higher fee would need to be paid.

until those outstanding items are approved may be the cleanest and easiest way to move forward. Like you said there
are minimal FSP comments that need to be addressed, so it may be most efficient to resubmit it once the plat and
