RE: Grand Piano Site Plan - Tax Map 45 , Parcel 104; Route 29
Dear Mr. Wiltshire:
This letter serves to confirm in writing what I have discussed by
telephone with your designers from the Architect Design Group.
Mr. Burgess, Zoning Administrator and the Building Inspections
Department were also informed by telephone last week. The site
plan submitted on July 20th is approved for issuance of a
building permit. Further note revisions, but no design revisions
are required. A revised plan shall be submitted within 2 weeks
from the date of this letter, or prior to issuance of any
certificate of occupancy, whichever shall occur first.
I am sending a marked-up copy of the plan to the Architects
Design Group, with required revisions noted in red. This plan
shall be returned with the corrected ( revised) plan.
Revisions include, but are not limited to:
1 . Show the platted landscape easement area in the rear of the
lots . All landscape materials in the easement area are
jointly required with Floor Fashions . The Zoning Department
will decide if these items shall be double-bonded.
2 . Delete reference in notes to warehouse area and associated
parking requirements . Warehousing is not a- permitted use in
C-1 zoning. My understanding is that this is in fact
storage area for the furniture store. There are no
applicable parking requirements for this area.

Once the plan is revised and 4 copies submitted, it will be
approved and distributed to relevant agencies for their files . We
will not require the mylar to be signed. If you have any further
questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
