BASED ON SITE VISITS AND CORRESPONDENCE WITH THE US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS (ACOE), THE LIMITS OF DISTURBANCE COVERED BY THIS PLAN IS OUTSIDE OF ANY PROTECTED ELEMENTS OF A "WATERS OF THE UNITED STATES", AND THEREFORE NO ACOE PERMITTING OR REPORTING IS REQUIRED. ALSO, NO DISTURBANCE OF THE WATER PROTECTION ORDINANCE BUFFER IS PROPOSED AND THERE IS NO 100-YEAR FLOODPLAIN WITHIN THE LIMITS OF DISTURBANCE. EXISTING CONDITIONS THERE IS AN EXISTING STORM DI INLET AT THE LOW POINT ON BITTERNUT LANE THAT DISCHARGES INTO THE EXISTING CHANNEL THAT BISECTS THE GULLY AND DISCHARGES INTO THE WATER PROTECTION ORDINANCE BUFFER. THE LAND SLOPES STEEPLY FROM THE TOP OF THE GULLY DOWN TO THE CHANNEL. ADJACENT AREAS THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES ARE RESIDENTIALLY ZONED. NO OFFSITE DISTURBANCE IS PROPOSED WITH THIS PLAN. SOIL DESCRIPTIONS THE SOILS ARE CHARACTERIZED BY HAZEL AND ELIOAK LOAMY SOILS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NRCS SOILS REPORT. REFER TO SOILS REPORT IN SWM COMPUTATIONS BOOKLET. TEMPORARY SOIL STABILIZATION SHALL BE APPLIED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS TO DENUDED AREAS THAT MAY NOT BE AT FINAL GRADE BUT WILL REMAIN DORMANT FOR LONGER THAN 14 DAYS, OR 7 DAYS IF REQUESTED BY THE LOCAL INSPECTOR. PERMANENT STABILIZATION SHALL BE APPLIED TO AREAS THAT ARE TO BE LEFT DORMANT FOR MORE THAN ONE YEAR. 2. CONCENTRATED RUNOFF SHALL NOT FLOW DOWN CUT OR FILL SLOPES UNLESS CONTAINED WITHIN AN ADEQUATE TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT CHANNEL, FLUME OR SLOPE DRAIN STRUCTURE. 9.
