The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once
the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is
to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.]
1. [General Comment] The instrument reference for the ingress egress easement is of the recorded plat of the
property. Is there an associated deed of easement document that needs to have its language revised along with
this ingress egress easement boundary adjustment plat? Comment addressed.
2. [14-302(B)(6)] Please include a TMP reference in the label for Revised Block C2-1 on Sheet 2. Comment
addressed.
3. [General Comment] Boundary Line Adjustment Plats do not need to show existing physical improvements
such as fire hydrants, utility lines, pavement striping, etc. The only things that need to be shown are property
lines, all existing or proposed easements, and rights -of -way. Currently, there is a lot of additional features
shown on this Plat that don't need to be shown. This makes it difficult to distinguish where easements are
located. Staff suggests removing some of these layers that are visible on Sheet 2 to make the Plat more legible.
