Comments to be addressed prior to initial site plan approval: [32.4.2.1 (f)] County records show that the required $448.00 notification fee has not yet been paid. This fee will need to be paid prior to Friday, February 25, 2022 in order for the initial site plan to be approved. a. Payments can be made online here. Please send me a copy of the receipt once it has been paid. There are several other comments that will need to be addressed prior to Final Site Plan approval, but this is the only one at this time that needs be addressed prior to Initial Site Plan approval.
