Pavement calculations chart on Sheet SO has been revised to specify "Mary Jackson Court". VDOT: 1. Comment acknowledged. 2. Parallel parking spaces on Mary Jackson Court have been shifted away from the intersection. We removed (1) of the spaces and added some parallel spaces with bump -outs on Galaxie Farm Lane. The spaces are outside of the sight distance measurements. The cross section for Galaxie Farm Lane with the bump -out was also added to sheet 10. 3. Galaxie Farm Lane entrance profile on Sheet 17 has been revised to provide a 50' landing with a maximum slope of 2%. 4. (1) parallel parking space on Mary Jackson Court has been removed to accommodate the sight distance for Vera Rubin Place. S. The HOA will maintain this easement. 6. Mail kiosk location has been revised. 7. 200' taper has been labeled on Sheets 4 and 12, and the sheets have been coordinated. 8. Sight distance triangles for Route 20 have been shown. A sight distance profile has been included on Sheet 22. 9. 2" of SM-12.0 have been specified on the "Asphalt Paving- Mill/Overlay Along Route 20" pavement detail on Sheet 10. 10. Comment acknowledged. 11. A sign has been shown and labeled on Sheet 4 at the end of Mary Jackson Court that states the stub -out is a site for a future roadway connection. 12. Route 20 pavement markings have been labeled on Sheet 12. 13. Pipes in the VDOT R/W have been revised to maintain flow velocities less than 10 fps.
