The LOR we approved in August and the plat Tori is reviewing can count towards keeping this project active and prevent it from expiring; however,we have some outstanding review comments that must be addressed on or before the minor amendment can be approved. Additionally, all the items approved on the August LOR should be depicted on the minor amendment for SDP2018-11 if they are to remain, if they are to be changes at a minimum they should be depicted on the existing conditions page. Please make all appropriate changes and submit a minimum of 7 copies for distribution. I plan to resend the plan to Fire&Rescue and the Building Official based on how long it's been since they reviewed it. I offer the following outstanding comments from Countyview on the above ref project: John Anderson—Engineering(10-15-18) 1 review comments remains: (16.c.) Outlet Protection Table, 8/C-401 lists Str. 3 OP= 10' x 11.25' (L x W), while 1/C-402, Retaining Wall A Detail appears to limit space available to 9' x 7' (stone OP). Please ensure OP dimensions fit space available. Also,please revise 1/C-402 horizontal scale to 1"=10'. Victoria Forte-RWSA(9-7-18) RWSA has reviewed the Site Plan Amendment for the Covenant Church Entrance Road as prepared by Meridian Planning 2 Group, LLG'and consents to the proposed construction. All changes to the propc___work from that shown in the drawings which may impact the RWSA water line shall be approved by RWSA in writing prior to construction. RWSA reserves all existing rights associated with its easement, including but not limited to its rights to access, construction, operation,maintenance, and repair of its facilities within the easement, and such consent shall not be construed to modify or prohibit any existing easement rights held by the RWSA,nor modify or increase its obligations, if any, to repair or restore. Richard Nelson—ACSA(8-16-18) Below are comments for SDP2018-11 Covenant Church-Minor Amendment: Sheet C301 —Add a note that ACSA will need to be contacted 3 days prior to the raising of the fire hydrant. Sheet C402—Raise the fire hydrant gate valve to final grade. Confirm if fixtures are being proposed in the addition. If yes,provide existing and proposed fixture counts. This will be used to confirm if the existing water meter sizing is adequate.
