(The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.] 1. [General Comment] Why is there a parcel identified without a parcel number? Please clarify the situation of this parcel. 2. [34-302(A)9] Provide a note on the cover sheet of the plat indicating whether or not there is a building site located on the proposed revised parcel. 3. [34-302(A)30] Provide a note on the cover sheet of the plat identifying the right of further division of the property. Something along the lines of: "New Lot A is assigned one development right and may not be further divided." 4. [34-302(A)15] Provide addresses for all property owners involved in this subdivision plat. 5. [14-302(B)1] Provide the date of last revision of the plat on all future submittals. 6. [34-302(B)7] This property is located within the Stockton Creek Water Supply Watershed. Add a note on the cover sheet indicating this situation. 7. [34-302(B)7] Provide a note on the cover sheet indicating whether or not this property is located within an Agricultural -Forestal District.
