The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development
will recommend approval of the plan referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily
addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or
conditions may be added or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable
reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [General Comment] This property is located within the Samuel Miller Magisterial District (not Scottsville). Revise
the note in the lower right-hand corner of the plat.
2. [34-302(A)9] Provide a note on the plat identifying whether or not there is a building site located on the revised
combined parcel.
3. [34-302(A)30] Revise "division rights" to "development rights." Revise note 13 to read as follows: "Combined Parcel
(or however you would like to call it) is assigned three (3) development rights and may be further divided.
Development rights must be used within their original boundaries."
In note 14, provide how many development rights each of residue TMP 126-21D2 and TMP 126-21E3 has. (And
for clarification, where is the residue of 21E3 located?)
4. [34-302(B)1] Provide the date of the last revision of the plat on all future submittals of the plat.
5. [34-302(B)1] Identify the number of sheets included in this plat. For example, "Sheet One of One."
6. [34-302(B)7] Clarify that the Green Creek watershed is not a water supply watershed (in note 8).
7. [34-303(0)] Provide a signature panel (including room for both a signature and date) on the plat for the Agent of
the Board of Supervisors to approve the plat.
