[14-302(B)1] Provide the date of the last revision of the plat on future submittals of this plat. Comment still applies to future submittals. 2. [General Comment] Deeds for the easements are required. These deeds will be prepared by the Engineering Division once all plat comments have been satisfactorily addressed and will be required to be recorded along with the easement plat. If further information is desired, please contact Doug McAvoy Jr. at (540) 718-6113. A VDOT Land Use Permit will be required prior to any work within the right-of-way.
