WLL REQUIRE THE CLEARING AND GRADING OF THE ENTIRE LEASE AREA OF 0.07 ACRES. THE
SITE SITS DN THE SIDE OF A MOUNTAIN WTH 8' OF FALL FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK OF

THE PROJECT CONSIST OF CONSTRUCTION OF A MONOPOLE TOWER, CONTROL BUILDING AND
IMPROVEMENT OF AN EXISTING GRAVEL ACCESS ROAD TO SERVE THE LEASE AREA. THIS PROJECT
WILL REQUIRE THE CLEARING AND GRADING OF THE ENTIRE LEASE AREA OF 0.07 ACRES, THE
SITE SITS ON THE SIDE OF A MOUNTAIN WITH 8' OF FALL FROM THE FRONT TO THE BACK OF
THE LEASE AREA. TO THE SOUTH OF THE SITE IS INTERSTATE 64, TO THE WEST, NORTH AND
EAST ARE LARGE PARCELS OF LAND. AN EXISTING 60' INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITY IS
TO THE NORTH OF THE LEASE AREA WHICH SERVES THIS SITE. AN EXISTING POND IS ALSO TO
THE NORTH OF THE LEASE AREA. EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES THAT
WILL BE USED TO CONTROL EROSION ON THIS SITE WILL INCLUDE SILT FENCE AND A
GRAVELED AREA. PERMANENT STABILIZATION WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH SEEDING
